Margy Campion  Senior Vice President, Business Operations “Campion” rhymes with “champion.” Coincidence? We think not. With 15 years of experience at Novus, Margy is the champion of making our behind-the-curtain operations support and enhance every critical performance. That means creating and constantly improving infrastructure and workflow systems that seamlessly integrate technology, buying and advertising operations. “We’ve always been pioneers in accountable media, and to continue that leadership, our operations also need to be accountable,” says Margy. “Good client service means being able to pull all the levers, and my job is to make sure those levers are well-oiled and ready to go.” Especially as Novus continues to expand its digital footprint, Margy makes sure we have the power and flexibility to explore new businesses, scale with our clients, remain nimble in the face of constant change, and grow efficiently.
